The Boston Celtics sign Eddie House
The Celtics have signed Eddie House to give them a weapon off of their bench. He played in 56 games (1 start) last season for the Nets and he averaged 16.9 minutes, 8.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game. He shot pretty well for the Nets as he hit 42.8% from the floor, 42.9% from the three point line and 91.7% from the free throw line.Â
House has now played in 434 games (28 starts) in his NBA career and he has averaged 16.7 minutes, 7.5 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game. He has been a solid shooter his whole career as he has hit 40.8% from the floor, 38.1% from three point range and 82.5% from the free throw line. Signing House was a good move for the Celtics as he can bring some firepower on offense off of the bench.
