The Celtics have signed Dahntay Jones to give them some firepower off of the bench. He played in 78 games (25 starts) last season for the Grizzlies and he averaged 21.4 minutes, 7.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game. He was also an outstanding shooter as he hit 47.7% of his shots from the floor, 41.7% from three point range and 79.3% from the free throw line.

Jones has now played in 221 games (36 starts) in his NBA career and he has averaged 15.6 minutes, 5.1 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game. He has hit 44.2% of his shots from the floor, 33% from three point range and 72.2% from the free throw line over his NBA career.
