Boston Celtics 108, Los Angeles Lakers 102

The Celtics had to hold off a furious 4th quarter rally by the Lakers to win on Sunday Night. The Celtics thought they had the game well in hand as they led 83-61 after three quarters but the Lakers made it a game. The Celtics shot 52.9% from the floor in this game and it’s a big reason for the win. Paul Pierce led the way for the Celtics with 28 points, 4 rebounds and 8 assists. Leon Powe was outstanding off the bench with 21 points and 2 rebounds in only 15 minutes on the court. Kevin Garnett finished up with 17 points, 14 rebounds and 3 assists. Ray Allen pitched in with 17 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists. This game put the Celtics up 2-0 in the NBA Finals.
