Boston Celtics 92, Charlotte Bobcats 59
The Celtics were relentless on defense in this laugher of a game tonight in Boston. The Celtics held the Bobcats to 18 points or less in each of the 4 quarters tonight. The Bobcats only shot 31.1% from the floor, 0% from three point range (0 for 10) and 52% from the free throw line showing how great the Celtics were on defense in this game. Ray Allen had a poor shooting night (6 of 17 from the floor) but he still led the way for the Celtics on offense with 18 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Paul Pierce was also effective with 15 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists in only 25 minutes on the court. Back up big man Shelden Williams had a really nice game for the Celtics as he finished with 12 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists in only 22 minutes on the court. The Celtics are looking pretty darn good as they are 2-0 on the season.
